ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS 132 KV TRANSMISSION LINES UNDER ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION DIVISION-I, MORADABAD

The following works are to be carried out under ETD- I, Moradabad.

Regular Tower to Tower patrolling of following 132 KV transmission lines including checking of defects, like missing/theft members of tower, hot points puncture insulator, dislocation of vibration dampers/loose conductor, earth wire of following lines patrolling shall be done bi-Quarterly. a) 132 KV D.C Moradabad-Tajpur line (upto Tajpur LILO point) - 49x4=196 Km. b) 132 KV DC line from Kanth Road LILO point to Kanth Road S/S - 7x4=28 Km. c) 132 KV Moradabad- Bilari Line – 25x4=100 Km. d) 132 KV DC Line from Kundarki LILO point to Kundarki S/S – 4x4= 16 Km. e) 132 KV S.C Tanda- Thakurdwara line from Tanda LILO point to 132 KV S/S Thakurdwara – 33x4=132 Km.

Lopping, Chopping of trees in the 27 mtr. corridor of 132 KV lines and stacking of branches at proper place from the line.

Submitting of patrolling report on prescribed proforma in 05 sets after each patrolling.

Fabrication & fixing of tower members including cartage of steel angle from substation store, punching of hole proper tightening of nuts & bolts punching and chamfering of bolts at different tower locations of above transmission lines.

(a)Checking and Tightening of Jumpers at tension tower.

(b)Replacement of damage/burnt Jumpers at tension tower.

Replace of damaged/puncture polymer/disc insulator string at different tower location including cartage of material from store to site of the above line. All the manpower T & P shall be provided by contractor for completion of work

ii)For tension string

Clearing of nests from the above lines towers formed by birds.

Emergency tower to tower patrolling of above lines to detect fault location & type of fault. Note- Patrolling gang & T&P make available by contractor during the contract period.
