M&L for preparation of Interior wall surface,or any waterfall area including removing all fungus,dirt,grease and patches and drying surfaces and filling cracks if any with crack filler and appling two coats antifungal damp proof coating with time difference of min 04 hrs make Asian /Dr Fixit Sure seal or equilient making surface ready to receive final surface finish area of applying two coats 1.50 Sqm per Kg material in horrizontal and vertical aplication and as per manufacturers instructions/specifiaction and directed by EIC.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls/roof projection/chajja including concrete (plastered or un plastered) by brooming down and scraping wherever necessary and apply Two coats of external waterproof emulsion paint Apex Ultima or equivalent with primer including necessary scaffolding required for painting work & safety measures at any height of bldg complete all as specified and directed.
