Dismantling of chain link fencing and refixing chain link fencing mesh of size 50x50 mm made of GI wire of dia 4mm. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone rubble masonary manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserrviceable material within 50m lead as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in hard/dense soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources as in mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete M-30 (design mix) ( Cement content 380 kg per cum or as per IS:456; 2000 whichever is more) work using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, ordinary portland cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads, but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement upto plinth level as per directrion of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for form work centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc. and removal of form for walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

M&L for TMT Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including binders,spacers all complete upto plinth level thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more upto plinth level.

Filling of trenches with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PVC pipe (working pressure 6kg/cm sqm) single socketed pipe 110mm dia fixed in retainning wall as weep hole as per drawing all complete as directed of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonal interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.70 kg per 100m (minimum) designation 5, between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I staples, turn buckles etc, conforming to IS: 278 complete. Note:- (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items ). Each line wire of barbed fencing shall be measured.

M&L for Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m), having 50 Nos round per 6 metre length, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud, tied with G.I staples and G.I clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, length upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I staples and G.I clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over and under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 Sqm of approved brand and manufacture all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting as Exterior finishing to wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade, new work (two or more coats [email protected]/10Sqm) of approved brand and manufacture all as specified and directed.
