Taking down carefully electric storage type water heater (Geysers) of any make and any capacity from its mounting place opening for inspection compete including back plate, heating element, inner copper tank etc, de-scaling back plate and heating element by cleaning with Sulfuric acid/ de-scaling compound and re-assembling of Geysers after repairs carrying out and re-fixing in same position (Replaced items such as spares measured and paid separately under relevent items) including making good to disturbed portin of walls with CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4 Type B1) and plastering the wall surfaces with CM 1:6 and replacement of old nuts, bolts and rubber gasket etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. Note (1) Any type of rubber gasket , rubber washer, screws , insulating tape required shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Note (2) The descaling / cleaning the inner tank including denting and brazing the leakage joints / points till the leakage stops including carrying out minor repair of outer body surface, bottom and top cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge and shall be deemed into the quoted rate and nothing shall be paid to any extra amount. Note (3) The cleaning of all type dust, stains and painting of geysers with one coat of syntatic enamemel paint by spraying and refixing properly in the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and nothing shall be paid to any extra amount.
