Maintenance and upkeeping of Jagannath Park at Jagannath Area for a period of two years.

Amount

Upkeeping of concrete pavement/ Black topped roads excluding coal transport roadby broominganddisposal of collecteddebris/ wasteat collectionpit/dustbinsoratspecifiedlocationswithinaleadof50metres includingall tools&plants likespade, basket, broomswithhandlestick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of toilets (not attached to office/serviceorwerlfarebuildings), its floor and dados including applying of phenyle, napthalene balls, harpic, detergents etc as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of Phenyle, naphthalene balls, harpic, detergents etc. to be paid separetely)

Cleaningof drains includingremoval of earth/ slush/mud/ silt etc. from drains including disposal of the same within a lead of 50 metres

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto adistance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Maintenance of lawn,garden, flower beds,potted plants, plants and trees, planting of new plants / new lawns as and where required including watering, removal of weeds,wild vegetation etc,manuring, putting good earth, fertilisers, applying pesticides at various location setc. as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of plants,manure,goodearth,etc. to be paid for separately.However, cost of tools & plants, flexible pipes, fertilisers and insecticide / pesticides are included in the item and is to be arranged by the contractor.The watersupply point shall be provided at one point at each separate location by the department.). NOTE: The payment to the workmen shall be made through any nationalised bank.

Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (i) For lead of 1 km

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 16 m

Supply and providing of black phenyl (BENGAL CHEMICAL Lamp brand) or its equivalent approved brand in sealed container of 450ml capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and providing harpic solution or its equivalent approved brand for cleaning of toiletes as and when required basis as directed by Engineer in-Charge. (500 ml bottle)

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
