Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P.

Concrete with 4cm gauge brick ballest, fine local sand of 1.25FM and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floor including supply of all materials labour T&P etc require for proper complete of the work

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants. ect. required for proper completion of work.

Providing 12 mm thick 1:3 Plaster with cement and carse kand mortar

Providing and laying P.C.C. 1:2:4 cement concrete with cement, Coarse Sand and 20 mm Stone ballast in the base.

R.C.C. work with cement, coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge stone aggregate in the proportion 1:1:2 (M-25) in lintels of doors and windows of excluding supply Reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary rentering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or iron in plan work shch as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(wnen not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured up to floor two level..

Earth work filling with cartage including all compaction all complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Relaying Old interlocking bricks over 3cm fine sand including all complete.
