Supply and installation of solar light of approved and certification by MNRE(GOI) for Kharu block, District, with following conditions: 1) PV module- 75 Wp under STC.2)Battery – Minimum 12 V , 30 AH capacity Lithium iron phosphate (LifePO4). 3) Light Source- White Light Emitting Diode (W-LED). 30-watt, W-LED luminaire, dispersed beam, soothing to eyes with the use of proper optics and diffuser. LED chip should be compliance to IES: LM-80 (Approved method of measuring Lumen Maintenance for LED light sources and LED lumen depreciation time to L70). Test report for the same should be submitted.4) Light Output- The luminaire must use high efficacy W-LED with minimum 150 lumens per watt (and UV free). [ A certificate to be submitted by the system supplier to the test lab during certification.]For single light level- minimum 15 Lux when measured at a point4 metres below the light. The illumination should be uniform without dark bands or abrupt variations and soothing to eye. Higher light output will be preferred.For multiple Light levels- The luminaire should have two levels of light to take care of different lightning needs during the night. Minimum 15 Lux when measured at a point 4 metres below the light ( at “ high illumination level”). The illumination should be uniform without dark bands or abrupt variations. Minimum 5 Lux at lower illumination levels. (Higher light output will be preferred).The luminaire shall be tested for Electrical, Photometry and Color parameters as per IES LM-79:2008 or IS: 16106:2012 for following Performance parameters like :a) Total luminous flux: >=3000 lm. b) Luminous efficacy (i.e system efficacy): >=150lm/W.c) Colourtemperature : Between 5500 K to 6500 K.c) Colourtemperature : Between 5500 K to 6500 K. d) CRI>=70. e) Luminous intensity distribution should follow the batwing patterns in polar curves. e) Luminous intensity distribution should follow the batwing patterns in polar curves.f) Require validation report using .ies file, which is generated during luminous intensity distribution test and using maintenance factor 0.9 and pole height of 4 m, road width 5m and pole span 15 m. The average illuminance level and uniformity should comply with requirements as per IS:1944, wherever applicable. 5) Mounting of Light: Pole height 5m above the ground level and 1 m below the ground. Luminaire shall be at least 4.5 m above the ground level. The diameter of pole should be 75-76 mm and the thickness 2-3 mm. 6)Electronics Efficiency- Overall total efficiency of the electronics should be Minimum 90%. 7) Duty Cycle- Dusk to Dawn: First 8 hours full light (Min 15 Lux), rest of the time at lower light ( 50%, Min 10 Lux) level. ( Higher light output will be preferred) utonomy- 2 days or Minimum 12 operating hours per permissible discharge with fully charged LifePO4 battery. 9) Autonomy- 2 days or Minimum 12 operating hours per permissible discharge with fully charged LifePO4 battery. 10) Ingress Protection- POptical and control gear compartment- IP 65/ IP 66. 11) Impact Resistance of casing- >= IK 08.12) Working temperatures -25 degree C to 60 degree C. 15) Civil work- Earth work and cement concrete in (1:2:4) mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate. Including Carriage of Cement, Solar light complete set (including light pole, battery, solar panels, LED lights)
