Providing, fitting, welding and laying of MS suction pipeline of 300 mm diameter and 6 mm thickness- 80 feet in length for 5 cusec pumping unit no 2 from pump to intake. Removing of damaged/ rusted suction pipeline of different diameter from installed position by way of excavation of earth up pipe level and dismantling of existing suction pipeline of different diameter by way of cutting rusted, damaged nuts, bolts with gas welding. Providing, fitting of 12 number MS plate flanges of 300 mm internal diameter with suction pipe at different lengths. Welding of the flanges at the ends of pipes with double layered welding to avoid any leakages as per site conditions. Fabrication of one number MS long bend of required angle as per alignment of suction pipeline from 300 mm diameter MS Pipe with welding of 300 mm diameter MS plate flanges on both ends of bend. Providing and fitting of rubber gaskets between each MS flange joint. Fastening of each length of suction pipe with hexagonal nuts and hexagonal bolts. The job includes refilling of earth after laying of pipeline. Providing and fitting of new 300 mm diameter cast iron, flanged foot valve ( Kirloskar/ KSB/L&T Valves) with pressure rating of PN 0.2, the door face should consists of rubber with reinforcement of cotton canvas, after replacing existing damaged foot valve by cutting rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutting at intake source. Job includes providing of new nuts, bolts and rubber gasket. Removing of damaged delivery pipeline of different diameter inside the lift station and providing, fitting of 300 mm diameter pipeline 4 ft in length. Providing and welding 4 number MS plate flanges of 300 mm internal diameter at the required positions. Fastening and laying of delivery with nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets between the flanges. Providing and fitting of 300 mm diameter sluice valve and non-return valve after replacing existing sluice valve and non-return valve by way of cutting rusted nut, bolts with gas cutter. Providing and fitting of flanged ends cast iron sluice valve with PN 1.0 conforming to IS14846 and flange drilling as per IS:1538 (Kirloskar/ KSB/L&T Valves) and providing, fitting of flanged ends cast iron non return valve with PN 1.0 conforming to IS: 5312 with stainless steel hinge pin and flange drilling as per IS: 1538 on delivery side of the pumping unit with rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline. Providing and fitting of pressure gauge according to the installed pump at site. For the installation of pressure gauge, the hole needs to be drilled on delivery line and socket is to be welded over the hole. Pressure gauge should be tightened over the socket. The job includes cost of material, welding charges, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges and carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load that is 1.5 kms. The rates includes rebate on old scrap. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Dimensions can vary by +- 5 percent. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
