M&L for Preparation (The surface shall be scrapped with steel wire brushes or steel scrapers. The surface shall then be broomed to remove all dust and dirt and shall be washed with clean water) of surfaces to receive painting and providing one coat water based road marking paint (boldly and solidly) as in Painting lines,dashes,arrows letters etc ., on roads, pavement and the like not exceeding 10 Cm width , white, black or Golden yellow and orange colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge. (a) Centre line of Main Taxi track, loops, links and dispersal and FOD lines (once in 03 months) = 1000 x 2 = 2000 (10RM) (Aprrox)

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on brick , concrete or plaster surface including preparation (old paint shall be removed with hand scrapping, wire brushes of old decorated surfaces ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of brick , concrete or plaster and two coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) above one coat of priming paints plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The surface shall then be broomed to remove all dust and dirt and shall be washed with clean water) of surfaces to receive painting and applying one coat of water based road marking paint (boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks) as in Painting lines,dashes,arrows letters etc ., on roads , pavement and the like exceeding 10 Cm width ,with white, black , Golden yellow and orange colour complete all as specified and as directed for the following locations and frequency complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge :- (a) Runway Centre line : 1200 Sqm x 6 times (once in one month) = 7200 Sq.m (Approx) (b) Runway Threshold and designation: 1500 Sqm x 2 times ( once in 3 month) =4500 Sq.m (Approx) (c) Runway Touch down zone: 1500 Sqm x 2 times ( once in 3 month) = 3000 Sq.m (Approx) (d) Runway Aiming point 1550 Sqm x 1 times ( Once in 6 month) = 1550 Sq.m (Approx) (e) Runway Side strip marking: 5000 Sqm x 1 times (Once in 6 month) = 5000 Sq.m (Approx) (f) PTT center line marking: 850 Sqm x 2 times (Once in 3 month) = 1700 Sq.m (Approx) (g) Bay markings(X,Y,VIP,ATC & PG) 1800 SQM X 3 times(once in 2 months)=5400 sqm ( approx) Total Painting Qty = 22835 Sqm (Approx)
