Construction of tube well upto 100 mtr. depth in all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accomodate casing pipe of hollowing sizes in all types of soil & over burden including lowering of casing pipe ,(if required ) excluding cost of pipe , as per is :2800 part 1 : 1991 and IS:2800 part ii : 1979 ( both umended upto date ) and technical specifications . the work would be completed aftervobtaining sand free water. the tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominial dia of casing pipe

Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe isi marked (IS 4270/2001) or amended upto date folowing sizes

Labour charges for making slots on black pipes makes of ERW MS black pipe of following sizes, the slotting should be as per IS 8110-1985

Supply &fixing tube well cover of ms sheet 8 mm thik at top and 5mm thick 100 mm wide should around the eadge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI nipple 45 cm long & two GI flanges at both ends in 80 mm size passing through a hole in the centre of ms sheet. a 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. a GI nipple having out side thread of size 1/2" (for installation pressura gauge ) shall be provided & welded with 80mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug

Providing and laying in position cement concrete M10 grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in specified grade over prepared base course complete including finishing, curing, all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level.
