Construction of Branch Canal

Earth work in excavation in irrigation canal to the design section and grade by depositing the spoils in the form of embankment in 15cm layers on both the banks as necessary including clearing light jungles, removing trees up to 15cm, uprooting roots, stumps from the seat of embankment and canal bed and f`ree from all vegetation including breaking clods not more than 10mm cube ramming, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment with lead up to 30m and lift up to 1.5m complete as directed. B.(i)Hard soil (Soil mixed with gravel or morum up to 50mm size)

Collection and supply of sand mixed gravel contains 40% of sand and 60% of river gravel of size 13 mm to 38 mm free from all foreign materials including carriage from quarry to the work site loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks as directed by the department (Including paying of forest royalty and sales tax etc.) B.(i)Hard soil (Soil mixed with gravel or morum up to 50mm size)

Carriage of boulder, gravels, metals, screening sand etc. by truck including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at site as directed complete.

Labour charge for spreading of hard river gravel/broken stone/sandgravel mixture of size of gravel 13 mm to 38 mm to the required thickness including ramming and dressing the seat before laying the materials as directed complete including all carriage etc.

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 3: 6 with aggregate of size 13mm to 38 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed. (Without shuttering) (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.) A) River Singles (i)Without shuttering & without Dewatering

Supplying, fitting, fixing and laying in position M.S. rod/ Torsteel/ TMT bars of all sizes as per design and drawing as required including cutting, bending, cranking with necessary lappage and tying with black wire complete as directed.

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 2: 4 with aggregate of size 6mm to 20 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed. (Without shuttering) (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.) A) River Singles (i)Without shuttering & without Dewatering

Centering and shuttering including propping etc. where necessary and removal of forms after completion of C.C. and R.C.C. works complete as directed. (Measurement will be taken on the face area of timber) (a) Shuttering column , pier etc (Fitting and dismantling)

Earth work in back filling of structure with earth obtaining from outside borrow pits, filling with 15cm layer ramming, dressing and compaction and watering including paying compensation of land, if any with lead up to 30m and lift 1.50m complete as directed.
