Demolition / taking down of existing old tarfelt , water proofing membrane, water proofing plaster of any description any type over RCC roof including any roof tiles, cement mortar screed, concrete screed of any thickness, to receive plaster and disposing off the debris out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:3) with water proofing compound on fair finishes of brick work or concrete surface of roof slab, to be finished even and smooth(without using extra cement ) all as specified and directed.( Water proof compound shall be paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645-1975 of approved make complete all as specified and directed.(Dosage- @ 200ml per 50Kgs of Bags of cement) all as specified and as directed.

Roof treatment :- (a) Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces. (b) After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of surfaces. (c) Provide APP modified polymeric five layed membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density film. Minimum weight of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be 3 Kg per Sqm. Product Name Multi p[lus manufactured by M/S STP texa Ltd Gurgoan/Hyper Plus Standard Manufactured by IWL India ltd Chennai, Bengal Acquaflux manufactured by Bengal bitumen New Delhi/Superior plus 310 by STP Lfd and any other product as appproved by E-in-C Br will be used. APP membranne will be laid across the slop from lowest line of slopping roof toward ridge with minimum end lap of 150mm and side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown. (d) Over the APP membrane apply semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen penetration of bitumen when tested as perIS 1203 will not be more than 40/Confiming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bvitumen coat. (e) Coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall around opening and treatment mentioned above (except fine sand) shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in CM 1:6. (f) If Non accessible roof:-After providing (a) to (d) provide aluminium paint as per manufacturer instruction.

Sunken Floor treatment :- Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acralic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as approved including demolition and filling of sunken floor by PCC 1:5:10 (Using aggregate). (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement Q 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.125 Kg/ Sqm his layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. Note :- 1. Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compounds as manufacturdrs instructions before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab slab shall be tested with water for 48 hrs for any leakage/dampeness is seen in ceiling below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested ( Water proof compound rate is superatly. 2. 50mm thick PCC at the bottom of slab and slope shall be 1:20 toward the corner of outer wall and GI pipe of 50mm dia (Med grade) be inserted at corner projecting outside 20 cm . 3. 15 mm plaster mised with WP Compound shall be provided while concrete is green 4. Only floor area shall be measured for payment purpose.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with water proofing liquid as per manufacturer's instructions as in copings, roof kerb etc including weathering, slighlty rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed. Description all as per item No 25 above but in skirting/dado incl 10mm thick rendering CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 400x400x 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) in floors etc all of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x300mmx7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Granite flooring (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, moulding & polishing laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing even and fair with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight), complete all as specified and as directed.
