SUPPLY OF POWER TRANSFORMERS FOR NREP PROJECT

Design, detail engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, factory acceptance testing (FAT), packing, forwarding, supply, site acceptance testing (SAT) and commissioning of Power Transformers including Testing & Inspecition as per ITP (Part-IV), transportation, route survey (if required) and supply till site including Special Tools & Tackles, Commissioning spares & Consumables & Mandatory spares (Charges to be quoted sepately at BOQ Column No. 26) along with items items indicated below for POWER TRANSFORMERS Tag No. - 1U64-SS-14-TR-210A/B (2 Nos.) to be installed at Numaligarh Refinery Limited(NRL), Assam as specified in Material Requisition. A) rating - 25/31.5 MVA, 33/ 6.9 kV, ONAN/ONAF, Dyn11, Z=10% (with no negative tol.) at 25 MVA, OCTC range ±5% in steps of 2.5% B) Online Partial Discharge (PD) monitoring system C) Online Condition Monitoring System D) Online moisture removal System

Charges for SITE Supervision of Erection / Installation and Testing for SUPPLY OF POWER TRANSFORMERS FOR NREP PROJECT

Per diem charges for upto 8 hours work on normal working days.

Overtime rate / hour beyond normal 8 hours work on normal working days.

Overtime rate / hour for work on weekly off days / holidays (as applicable to Refinery site).
