Disconnecting and taking out old damaged existing main switch/ distribution board of MCB/MCCB of any description from wall with and including all fitting and fixture and making good to disturbed surface of wall/ floor to match with the existing wall/ floor etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/ floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, a recovery of @ Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of Accepting Officer will be final and binding.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any make, size from its location, dismantling complete, examine complete parts thoroughly, oiling, greasing all parts and complete overhauling of fan including replacement of small parts such as split pin, nut bolt, screws and assembling back the fan, make fully functional, re-fixing the fan to its position including replacing and providing of twin core copper wire 23/0.0076 from fan to ceiling rose and painting the fan with same colour of fan complete all as directed.
