CHAIR DINING WITHOUT ARM REST (Make Usha lexus) NOTE: Repairs to Chair Dining without armrest by removing the following existing u/s wooden members and providing new first class hard wood (teak) members, (variable at places / sizes) made to existing shape all as specified and shown on drawing. The replaced members shall polished with oak colour wood stain and finished with 2 coats of melamine to match with the existing construction , complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing u/s cloth mulmul from bottom and S & F new cloth mulnul finish with existing shape and size , complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing u/s rexine seat cover and fix new seat cover rexine approved by GE (cost of the rexine not less than Rs.300/- per mtr) and finish with existing shape and size , complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Preparing the surface of chair dining without arms by smoothly / rubbing with 120 Gde sand paper/ abrasive cloth and clean off the stains and upper coat in a manner that the remaining coats of melamine are left on the surface by applying sealer wherever required to fill and smooth the surface including applying two coat of melamine polish to the entire external surface complete uniformingly with glossy finish painting , complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Cutting, modifying and threading of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia long rail into short rail, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Cutting, threading and modifying of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm short rails into legs as specified in the drawings. Providing flat iron clamps 25 x 3mm 2 Nos made of shape as shown in the drawing to welded in the GI Pipe legs to hold FMN Set, painted with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply only 3 way elbow of 32 mm for charpoy GI pipe. The elbow shall not be less than 400 gms in weight with ISI Mark for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply only 32 mm dia GI cheeknut for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply only 75 mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing U/S steel flat iron stiffeners and supply and fix new steel flat iron stiffeners made out of 40 x 6 mm and length not less than 0.91 mtr including painting the stiffener with 2 coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Re assembling the GI charpoy with serviceable members obtained from item No 1 (a) & new members made above. Supply & fixing of 12 mm thick BWR plywood (7 ply) of size 2.00 mtr x 0.91 mtr make as approved by GE/Engineer-in-charge. The edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface. The plywood top shall be fixed with 75 mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer as per existing arrangement (supplied under item 1 (g) above) and complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing existing damaged/US seat cushion of Model L 43 Sofa set 3 seater and supply and fixing of new seat cushion made of moulded cushion of 45 density size 510x490x70mm duly covered with replaceable fabric upholstry cover with Zip arrangements in black colour of existing shape. Rest all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing existing damaged/US back cushion of sofa set 3 seater of model L 43 and supply and fixing of new back cushion made of maulded cushion of 45 density of size 510x570x65mm duly covered with replaceable fabric upholstry cover with Zip arragement s in black colour of existing shape. Rest all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rest all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing existing damaged/US channel from drawer from Table bed side and supply and fixing new telescopic channel 300mm long of best quality

Removing existing damaged/US drawer from table bed side and supply and fixing of new drawer made out od 18mm thick ply wood commercial along with 1.00mm laminated sheet pasted in all sides of wallnet colour to matching with existing body, 300mm long telescopic chanel best quality shall be provided, 100mm long cromium plated handle shall be provided as per existing shape and wooden beading shall be provided as per existing shape and size . Rest all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing existing damaged/US door shutter of Table bed side and supply and fixing of new door shutter made out of 18mm thick ply wood commercial and pasted with 1.00mm thick laminated sheet in wallnet colour matching with the existing body colour and the shutter shall be fixing with 02 Nos shaft hinges (Bombay hinges) of best quality chromium plated 100mm handle shall be provided as per existing shape and wooden beading shall be provided as per existing shape and size. Rest all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
