Provision, preparation & fixing of backlite hylum sheet 910x600x6mm. Funiture class wooden shelf of size 900x450x25mm duly fixed by angle iron piece of different size inside the single 37 app case. Hylum board shall be fixed on angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in loction boxes secured by nuts and bolts. This includes wiring, fixing of fuses, ARA terminal, fixing of Shelf type, 'Q' series relays & other type of relays on squire bars, fixing & jamming of cable with 2" salwood plank provided at the bottom. i)App. case single involving wiring of relays Inspection Site Engineer

Provision, preparation & fixing of Bakelite hylum sheet 450 x 600 x 6 mm. Hylum board shall be fixed on angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location box secured by nuts & bolts. This includes fixing of fuses, ARA terminals fixing & jamming of cable with 2 inches salwood plank provided at the bottom. i) This includes opening, passing & jamming armour of each cable in the hole drilled separately for each cable through salwood plank & 38 all cable entering points on location boxes, location huts, JBs, relay room/battery room to be closed with suitable masonry works covered with sand and plastering, wiring description of terminals, drawing of circuits inside app. case. Painting from inside as well as outside with red oxide & Aluminum paint is covered separately. Size of lettering to be 100 mm & as per the engineer's instruction. All materials such as teakwood shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron, square bar, NDT/HRC fuse bases, nuts & bolts etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. ARA terminal will be supplied by the Railway. i)App. Case half not involving wiring of relays.Inspection Site Engineer

Supply & Fixing of Calling On board, Stop Board, Block section limit Board, Goods warning board with contractors own material. The work shall be done as per instruction of Rly. Engineer at site.

Supply & installation of Thermo shrink jointing kit for 6 quad cable and PIJF cable for Deivation/Temination joints at LC gates/pump house/different locations as per decided by the site engineer as per IRS:TC- 77/20109 (Rev-2) with latest amendments.Inspection by RDSO

Supply and provision of Emergency socket joints with 6 quad cable and PIJF cable with the help of Thermo shrink jointing kit and 2T VF Transformer at locations decided by Railway 42 engineer at site .This includes all material required for jointing includes Thermo shrink jointing kit will be supplied by Contractor Except 2T transformer (2T VF Transformer will be provided supplied by the railways)as per IRS:TC-77/210(Rev. 2.0) with latest amendments.Inspection of Jointing kit by RDSO.

Supply and installation of Optical fiber cable joint enclosure as per 43 RDSO/SPN/TC/68/2014, Rev.1.0, Amendment-1, or latest along with 4 Nos. of Splice trays, accessories & Jointing materials as mentioned in the Specifications and splicing of Optical Fiber cables (24 fibers) and testing. This includes provision of prefabricated/ RCC Joint pit as per RDSO/TCDO/COP-21 Inspection by RDSO.

Excavating & refilling of trench in normal soil to the level of ground with rammed earth as per Drg. NO.(NR/S&T/Con/1- 1/97) so as not form a drain, 0.3 Mts wide & 1 Mts deep on both 44 side of the station along the track. It shall confirm to the safe distance as per signalling & cable route plan in all type of soil, it also includes clearance of roots of trees & bushes. Lesser depth due to site condition shall be paid proportionately, after being decided in writing by engineer not below the rank of JAG.Inspection by Site Engineer

Boring & Trenchless cabling along with supply& insertion of self lubricated HDPE pipe 45 as per IS 4984:2016 (PN 6) of 110 mm outer dia with 6mm wall thickness in the bore for laying of Signalling / Telecom /Power cable under track/road/culvert etc.cable laying covered seperately.Inspection by Site Engineer

Laying of signalling/telecom/power cable of different cores in trenches /HDPE 46 pipe/turf/GI pipe per Drg. NO.(NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97) and as per cable route plan approved by Railway. Meggering of cable should be done before & after laying of signaling & telecom cables.Inspection by Site Engineer

Medium Station (Upto 4 Lines) Inspection by Site Engineer

Big stations (More than 4 Lines) Inspection by Site Engineer

Concreting unschduled items in concrete of 1:3:6 ratio in cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm at different places in the yard and plastering top in fine plaster of 1:4 cement sand 49 ratio. It also includes the excavation of earth as required at site and as per instruction of site incharge. The volume in cubic metres shall include the volume occupied by any CI foundation, trstle,MS angle or flat or GI pipe required to be embedded in the casting. Cement coarse sand and aggregate 25mm are to be supplied by the contractor.Inspection by Site Engineer

Earth work for excavation & refilling around location boxes and signals etc. where 50 necessary including 50M lead and 1.5 M lift. The lead is to be measured from center of gravity of loction to the center of filling & lift from main ground level. The earth work should be well rammed including breaking of clods, levelling and dressing etc as per instructions of the site engineer.

Brick work with well burnt bricks in foundations and plinths with cement and sand (ordinary )mixture of 1:4 ratio. All material is to be supplied by the contractor.Inspection by Site Engineer

Casting, concreting & curing of foundation & erection of apparatus case single as per 52 Drg. No.(NR/S&T/Con/2.7/97). A layer of 3mm of bitumen compound has to be provided between foundation & location box to prevent ingress of water in the base of location box. All material such as cement, sand, aggregate & anchor bolts shall be supplied by the contractor. Contractor is required to execute all type of repair work of foundation if required during inserting the cable for termination.

Casting, concreting & curing of foundation & erection of apparatus case Half as per Drg. No.(NR/S&T/Con/2.7/97). A layer of 3mm of bitumen compound has to be provided between 53 foundation & location box to prevent ingress of water in the base of location box. All material such as cement, sand, aggregate & anchor bolts shall be supplied by the contractor. Contractor is required to execute all type of repair work of foundation if required during inserting the cable for termination.Inspection by Site Engineer

Providing 1.8m high fencing with 2.4m angle iron 50x50x6mm posts placed every 3m centre to centre embeded in cement concrete blocks every 15th posts (or bearer if there is abrupt change of ground slope) last but one end post and corner post shall be abutted on both sides and 54 end post on one side only and struts embedded in cement concrtete blocks and provided with 7 horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal GI barbed wires of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 meter(m) between the two posts fitted and fixed with GI stuples, turn buckles etc. complete (Cost of posts, struts and concrete to be paid separetely as per site condition) Inspection by Site Engineer

Refilling of CO2 type fire exinguisher 4.5 kg. cap. The exinguisher shall be filled wuth high purity CO2 gas conforming to IS:307 including replacment of washer. The date of refilling & due date of expiry shall also be written on the fire exinguisher Inspection by Site Engineer

Fixing of track lead junction box due to repositioning of old T.C. as per Drg.No.NR/S&T/ CON/3.2/97. This also include erection of track lead junction box & terminating the 56 cable. The concrete foundation for fixing angle iron of TLJB shall be casted in cement, aggregate and sand mixture of 1:3:6 ratio. This includes excavation ramming, curing and plastering of foundation with cement sand mixture of 1:4 ratio. Cement, sand, aggregate, angle iron, nuts & bolts are to be supplied by the contractor. Inspection by Site Engineer

Supply burying of earth electrodes pipe of 3 metre length and 50 mm dia. pointed on lower end by tapering for a length of 150mm as per drg. No. NR / S&T /CON / 6.3 / 97 and connecting with lightening arrester or signalling gears as per std. practices. The item includes digging of pit in 57 earth 3 Mtrs. deep and fixing earth electrode pipe in it. Earth pipe shall be buried in the ground to the length of 2.7 Mtr after welding 6 SWG wire at the lower end and fixing through nut and bolt at the top. This includes casting of cement concrete enclosures as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/6.4/97. The enclosure is to be plaster on all sides with cement & sand mixture of 1:4 ratio. The soil treatment shall be done as per standard practices. The item includes provision of earth lead wires 6 SWG and soldering of lead wires. The other end of the earth wire to be connected to block instruments/ cable sheeth/ power equipment / apparatus case/ relay racks or any other equipment as per the instructions of site Engineer & as per IRSEM.

Casting, concreting & curing of foundation of main signal as per Drg. No. (NR/S&T/Con/2.1/97). All material such as cement, sand, aggregate & anchor bolts shall be supplied by the contractor. Inspection by Site Engineer

Fixing of CLS surface base, bolting on the foundation. Erection of CLS post with signal unit on the top or on an offset bracket and fitting ladder and guard to the post at the top Concreting ladder base and embedded into the ground with supporting bracket in the middle. Blanking of the ladder for a distance of 1 feet between the height 6'9"and 7'9"from the rail level by MS angle and MS sheet 0.6mm thick wherever required. i)This includes provision of wooden ( sal ) cross arm 59 1Mx1M for CLS unit prior to the commissioning, fixing of AC / DC lit LED Signal unit and hood on CLS unit, wiring the CLS unit and fixing the signal. Elevation and distance of foundation from track shall be in accordance with schedule of dimension for Indian ailway published by Government of India & approved Drawings. All items for the above work except items mentioned in Annx B-2 shall be supplied by the contractor including following items ii)U bolt for offset bracket. iii)Wooden cross arm 1Mx1M iv)MS sheet and MS angle for blanking of ladder v)Wire mesh guard, U-lock for unit , nuts and bolts etc for the following. a)3/4-aspect of colour light signal.
