REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND REWINDING OF SUBMERSIBLE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP DD PUMP HYDRANTS AND MOTOR CONTROL PANEL WITH ALLIED WORKS AT AFS THANJAVUR

Dismantling the delivery pipe line of submersible pump set from water mains, lifting / taking out of GI column pipes of 50 mm dia / 80 mm dia submersible cable / defective submersible pump set from bore well for repairs and lowering of repaired submersible pump set with GI column pipe 50 mm dia / submersible cable etc complete in the bore well at various sites in AFS, complete upto 110 m deep all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric power supply and opening the centrifugal mono block pump set including opening the pump checking the serviceability of spares and replacing minor spare parts such as gasket, gland packing, cleaning, painting, greasing, varnishing, reconnecting and testing including writing machine number on body complete with motor and pump painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade as specified below (a) Motor and pump - Smoke Grey colour. (b) Coupling guard and motor air grill - Post office Red colour. (c) Suction line and delivery line in side pump house - Navy blue colour for fresh water pipe lines. (d) Writing SM/MES No 25 mm wide in white colour on motor and pump.

M & L for slushing/ flushing of accumulated soil from bore well 150 mm dia & depth up to 120 m by using compressed air / special tools / tackles accessories all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate shall be inclusive of hiring of Air compressor with fuel / special tools / Accessories including transportation of the same & labour charges, for specially trained man power for the work of dismantling of bore well.

Supply and fix in repairs borewell cap made out of 5 mm thick MS plate for 250 mm ERW MS pipe and all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering including fixing with MS clamp made of 60mm X 6 mm flat iron with pumps / motor down/sling 8 m dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and reassembling of the following submersible pump set and centrifugal monoblock pump set and after rewinding of motor with suitable size of submersible winding wire / repairing of pump of different capacity of any model / make including cleaning, painting greasing / varnishing replacement of worn out nut & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed :-

Note:- (i) Spare / Items / Parts for repairing submersible pump set shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. (ii) Cost of item / parts which are not covered in sch `A' but are necessary for satisfactory functioning of the pump set shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

Removing the unserviceable automatic DOL starter by disconnecting electric supply and provision of new DOL Starter for Centrifugal pump set of 3 phase 415 volts relay range 7 Amps to 10 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 3 phase contactor, suitable for 50 HP centrifugal pump motor and all fixing arrengement in fully automatic Star Delta Starter complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of 3 phase contactor, range 32A suitable for 20 HP submersible motor Star Delta Starter complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 10 above but contactor range18A make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 3 phase contactor suitable for 9A for 5 HP DOL Starter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of relay range 34Amps to 50 Amps suitable for HP centrifugal Pump 50 Star Delta Starter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of relay range 22 to 32 Amps suitable for Star Delta Starter ML-2 FASD complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No.13 above but relay range 12 to 18 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) TPN and current carrying capacity 40 to 100 AMP in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item no 16 above but current carrying capacity 16 to 32 AMP complete all as specified and directed.

S & F new one including removing existing unserviceable MCCB TPN 63A 16KA.

Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia as earth lead means of nuts and bolts, washer made out of copper of tinned brass and protection GI pipe of 25 mm dia all as specified and testing complete including earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover with handle, GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering with GI funnel wire mesh, salt, charcoal, lugs complete. Note:- The rate is inclusive of earth work and excavation in any strata, PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 RCC cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars both ways at 140mm centre to centre.

Supply & lay in repair cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armored, electrical power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core .

All as per Srl Item No above 22 but for size of 70Sqmm

Supply and fixing in repairs of PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flat, submersible cable with copper conductor 1100 volt grade of size 4.0 sqmm.

All as per Srl Item No above 24 but for size of 6.0 Sqmm.

S&F in repairs pressure guage 0 to 100 Kg/sq cm 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs gland packing of size 15 mm suitable for centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of LED security Lights 30 watt with best in class design & robust heat sink along with class leading IP, IK & Surge protections for long lasting performance. And integrated electronic driver with 25 mm GI bracket for fixing of street light with 1.5 sq mm copper conductor for electric connection including clamps , nuts , bolt , washer and sintex FRP box complete all as specified and directed. Make as per Havells Cat Part.No: LHEXAYP7PN6K030, 30 W LED 6500 K or Equivalent in Philips & CG.

S&F in repairs rubber gasket suitable for flanges 2 to 6 inch and 4 mm thick.

Supply and providing in trenches using clean dry river / crushed sand for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. (Note For the measurement only punned thickness only will be considered payment).

Supply and lay well burnt bricks sub class B, old size in trenches for cable protection all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of pipe line.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

S & F in replacement of heavy duty GI pipe 63mm for suction line including fitting complete all as directed.

Material and labour for servicing and repair & welded with suitable gauge MS sheet / channel, repair replacement to hinge and repair of locking arrangement and painting of LT panel board/ bore well panel board with two coat of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer to external surfaces including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of worn out unserviceable column pipe and supply & fix 50 mm dia UPVC column pipe with ISO 9001:2015 certified standard DN(60mm OD) high tech , hi tensile column pipes suitable for submersible pump with maximum delivery pressure 20 Kgf/cm² including all fittings at one end all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair LED Aviation Obstruction light suitable for over head water tank with and including lamp and fixing arrangement on top of the tank complete all as directed. Make: Bajaj Model BGAV 302 LED or its equivalent as per Annexure.

S & F of aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground of over head tank lightning arrester to earthing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub main wiring complete with four runs of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with two runs of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 32 mm dia pvc conduit and conduit accessories all as specified and as directed

Supply & fix in repairs CI body foot valve ball type with threaded end 63mm dia for 10 HP Centrifugal pump set suction line (80 mm GI pipe) with gasket.

Supply & fix in repairs CI body foot valve ball type with threaded end 63mm dia for 5 HP Centrifugal pump set suction line (65 mm GI pipe) with gasket.

Supply and fix in repair on load change over switch, 3phase, 415 V, 4pole 125A in sheet enclosure side handle type all as specified and as directed.
