Demolition of cement concrete in roofs,floor (other than ground floors), beams staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar including all quions, arches,pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, work in roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item as supply only).

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layersin cement mortar 1:4 in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality, complete all as specified .

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (Note :- Bituminuous primer shall be "TANK MASTIC" manufactured by "EMUFALTE" manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd/STP ) (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) APP bassed polymeric membrane shall be "MOPLY FP 3MM" manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited/STP. (iv) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.)

S & F surface/ wall /ceiling mounted tube light fitting fixture only with prewired two pin holder suitable for mounting of energy efficient double sided pin type 4 feet long T8 LED tube rod, with all accessories complete all as specified & directed. Make -Havells cat part No REGALBATTENT8UPTO1X22WDSBSWH or equivalent approved make.

S & F Energy efficient double sided pin type 20W (T8) LED tube rod connection & suitable for mounting in existing fitting/ fixture having double sided pin type holder. Make -Havells cat part No LHLDEFXD5L8R020 or equivalent approved make.

Taking down of old unserviceable MCB SPN/TPN DB any type & any size complete all as specified & directed.

S&F MCB DB , SPN 8 way, double door with 200 Amp rated bus bar including earth and neutral link ,complete with fixing accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing, connection and testing MCB SPN 240 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 kA of rating 32 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 kA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 Amps, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable submain/circuit wiring any type & any size complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs (Phase & Neutral) of single core 6 Sqmm (Nominal area) stranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including concealed PVC conduit of required size (ISI Marked) including 1 x 6 Sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor green in colour for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable and one run of 6 Sqmm earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one run length.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm , by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 32mm bore light grade from earthing test point or main controling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh,charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm (compactedd thickness) all round the earth electrode,concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C bothways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work in excavation,returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including earthing pit cover etc. complete all as directed.

Earth continuity conductor 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire as main earthing lead fixed to wall on butten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or many other indirected situation for loop earthing etc. as required
