Maintenance and Operation of 32000 GPH capacity pressure filtration plant installed for Swimming pool by operating the alternate pumpsets, back wash by operating the valves etc and operation of chlorination plant of cap 200gms/hr and maintenance of records/ log sheets including operating Suction Sweeper etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.NOTE : One FGM in each shift for two shifts each shift of 08 Hrs duration (incl holidays and sundays) shall be employed for operation of chlorination plant of cap 200gms/hr and maintenance of records/ log sheets as per the format. Suitable Reliver to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays. Shift timing:- First shift 0500 hrs to 1300 hrs Second shift 1300hrs to 2100hrs,

Maintenance & Operation of Sewage Pump House No 1 including new sewage pump house in two shifts with 01 FGM per each shift of 08 hours, including Sundays and holidays, by employing the manpower for entire system comprising of Pump sets 30HP - 06 Nos, 1 HP Dewatering pump set - 01 No, 125 KVA DG Set-01 No, and LT panel board and connecting items such as operation of sluice valves of any size situated inside/outside the sewage pump house and maintenance of records/ log sheets and documents complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE : First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs Second shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs, Suitable Reliver to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays. (ii) Minimum one FGM/Operator shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work.

Maintenance & Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant consisting all pumps of Sewage Pump House No 2 and New STP (MAP Qtrs) such as Aearation tank, primary clarifier, secondary clarifier, Bio-filter, Digester pumps, Sludge pumps, Air Compressor, Pressure filter Treated sewaged water pump etc in two shifts with 01 FGM per shift , each shift of 08 hours, including Sundays and holidays, by employing for all above works including maintaining of log sheets etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance & Operation of Sewage Pump House No 3 (OMQ Area) and Sewage Pump House No 4 (SMQ Area) in two shifts with 01 FGM per shift, each shift of 08 Hrs, including sundays and holidays, by employig the manpower for entire system comprising of submersible pump sets of 12.5 HP Capacity - 3 Nos, in each Sewage Pump House and LT panel board with starters and connecting items such as operation of sluice valves of any size situated inside/Outside the sewage pump house and maintenance of records/log sheets and documents complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Suitable Reliver to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays. Shift timing:- First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs Second shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs, Minimum one FGM shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work

The contractor shall not pay less than the: (i) Minimum fair wages as notified by GOI/concerned State Govt/Local body whichever is high to workers engaged

(ii) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of contribution of employer towards EPF,ESIC,Bonus etc (Except LWC)

(iii) The payment shall be made through online Adhar Linked Bank Account/RGTS/NEFT only and no physical payment accepted

(iv) Documentry proof for payment of wages through online Adhar Link Account shall be produced. Also the documentry proof for payment of EPF/ESIC shall be produced against each labour . No RAR payment/FB shall be entertained in the absence of these details

(v) No LWC being deducted on this contract

(vi) GST and all other statutary deductions/taxes shall deem to be considered in the quoted rates.

(viii)The entire surrounding area shall be cleaned & maintained well as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(ix) Necessary printed Log sheet as per prescribed performa shall be provided by the contractor for which the rate shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(x) The contractor shall provide minimum two pairs of uniform duly printed with the company name in the shirts and one pair of Industrial shoe to his employee. The samples of Uniform & Shoe shall be got approved by the Garrison Engineer/Engr-in-Charge before procurement.

(xi) Necessary hand tools & safety equipment as listed below to be provided to the operator, which shall be handed over to next operator after completion of every shift. (a) Pipe Wrench 12"-01 No (b) Adjustable Spanner 8" - 01 No (c) Screw Driver 12" - 01 No (d) Hammer 500 gm - 01 No (e) LED Torch rechargable - 01 No (f) Line tester - 01 No (g) Test Lamp - 01 No (h) Ring Spanner - 01 Set (i) Allenkey Set - 01 No (j) Toolbag of suitable size 01 No. The cost of above said necessary hand tools and safety equipment to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

(xii) Mobile phone to be provided for emergency communication to concerned JE/AGE. The same shall be handed over to next operator after completion of each shift. Cost of mobile phone to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall be included in the unit rate quoted by him. (No smart phone/ camera phone is allowed inside the AFA Campus for security point of view. Only simple bar phone shall have to be provided)
