Annual maintenance Contract for Mechanised Cleaning and Disinfection of U/G sump , Over head tanks of all the Buildings at Hospital Complex for the year of 2026-27 and 2027-28 of AIIMS,Bhubaneswar.

Mechanized Cleaning & Disinfection of Under Ground sumps, Over Head R.C.C Tanks including the following operations:- 1.Dewatering of water storage tanks by pumps. 2.Cleaning inside portion of tank and removal of any silt/soil residues if any from tank bottom through mud pump. 3.Cleaning of entire internal surface of tank through high-pressure rotary jets with water. 4.Scrubbing of walls with brush when ever required and cleaning the tank with wet vacuum machine / Mud pump. 5.For disinfection of walls, Anti-Bacterial Agent are sprayed on the entire surface of tank.(quantity as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) 6.Finally, the walls of the tank are treated with UV lamps (3 lamps may be used for 20 minutes each) 7.After cleaning of tank, the date of cleaning and next due date are marked with paint. The rate is inclusive of all operations required for cleaning of tank, labours, tools & equipments, disposal of silt, rubbish if any to the outside of AIIMS campus all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Mechanized Cleaning & Disinfection of PVC over Head Tanks Up to 5000 liters including the following operations :- 1.Dewatering of water storage tanks by pumps. 2.Cleaning inside portion of tank and removal of any silt/soil residues if any from tank bottom through mud pump. 3.Cleaning of entire internal surface of tank through high-pressure rotary jets with water. 4.Scrubbing of walls with brush when ever required and cleaning the tank with wet vacuum machine / Mud pump. 5.For disinfection of walls, Anti-Bacterial Agent are sprayed on the entire surface of tank. (quantity as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) 6.Finally, the walls of the tank are treated with UV lamps.(1 lamp may be used for 10min) 7.After cleaning of tank, the date of cleaning and next due date are marked with paint. The rate is inclusive of all operations required for cleaning of tank, labours, tools & equipments, disposal of silt, rubbish if any to the outside of AIIMS campus all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Collection of water sample (after tank cleaning) from the location as desired by the Engineering in charge and submission of sample to the govt water testing laboratory for physical, chemical and biological parameters. The rate inclusive of container for collection of water sample and submission of water test report from the govt water testing laboratory etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
