Removing of silt, dry leaves, murrum, small Boulders, etc. completely from the bed of open nallah, drains, open rubble pitched drains, canals & disposing the removed earth within a lead of 50 mtr during monsoon period. The rates are including removing of green wild creepers etc. silt thickness upto 100 mm thick and upto 3.00 M depth.

Lead charges for removal of soil / Debris deposited from stalling ponds and other areas of BARC by mechanical transport for lead or mentioned below including loading, unloading , stacking, levelling etc. 'Note: The rate for above item is applicable for the net quantity arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of Soil and @ 30% in respect of Debris from the truck measurement for payment.

Cleaning of existing storm water Hume Pipe lines of Different Diameters / Pipe culverts mentioned below and at all locations such as road, berms/ lawns, burried inside the building which are partly or fully filled with silt, small boulders, dry leaves, grass, etc. by disposing the removed debris within a lead of 50 mtrs and as directed by the Project Engineer.

Cleaning of existing storm water chamber of varying depth at various locations by removing the silt, leaves, small stones, earth etc. within a lead of 50 mtr during monsoon period including labour required for removing and replacing C.I Covers at storm water chamber.

Desilting of deposited silt by excavating from the stalling ponds & drains, canals, etc. manually at various locations and sizes and depth upto 3m below ground level including removing of wild vegetation's, creepers, if any by the side of ponds as per the directions of Project Engineer.

Supplying man power along with necessary pans, spades, shovels pickaxe, punjas, ropes, small special spade, raincoats, safety shoes, etc. minimum two number of labour per day upto maximum any number of labour as and when decided by Project Engineer to work for eight hours per day (excluding Lunch) or monsoon period to carry out the cleaning of choked drains grating grills/hume pipes /footpath by removing the dry leaves, silt etc. and also carry out seasonable departmental work allotted by Project Engineer from time to time. 'Note:- 1) Unit of measurement shall be per man day per day ( i. e. Eight hours a day) '2) Number of manpower requirement as and when required will be as per direction of Project Engineer

Removing silt upto 100 mm thick, dry leaves, grass, etc. completely from the Shahabad pavement / road / Terrace during the entire monsson period and transporting the removed earth, leaves, and debris to dumping ground upto 3 kms lead by mecanical transport as directed by Project Engineer.

Removing / Breaking big boulders of landslide by chieselling from road/ RCC canals, open rubble pitched canal and transporting the same with mechanical transport for lead exceeding 2 Km but not exceeing 3 Km including loading, unloading stacking and levelling. 'Note: The rates in respect of above item is applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids 50% from the corresponding Stack / truck measurement for payment.

Clearing Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying "JCB" loader cum excavator, Dumpers including operator and helper for executing the work like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning and other works all as directed by Project Engineer " As and whenever required" 'Conditions:- '1. The above rates shall be inclusive of JCB, Fuel, Operator, Helpers and other consumables etc. '2. The rates are inclusive of all Taxes. '3. In & Exit timings at Northgate / South gate/western sector gate of BARC shall be strictly considered for the billing / measurement/payment. '4. Break Down Hours and Lunch break timings shall not be considered for payment. '5. Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing running bills/final bill. '6. All the operators, drivers shall have valid Driving license and address Proof. '7. Rate shall be firm for the entire period of contract. No revision of rates shall be considered.
