Provision of Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) at Khajuraho Airport

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PC/PLC based Touch- Screen LCD type remote control panel cum display unit (Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System, ALCMS), type L 890'BB" as per the requirements of FAA Advisory Circular No. AC 150/5345-56B (current edition) and additional circular/ mechanisms/ interfaces at control tower suitable for remote operation of constant current regulators of GLF Circuits, Apron Flood Lights, Landing T and Wind cones etc. and necessary soft integration of existing GLF UPS with ALCMS for monitoring & data logging of UPS status including all hardware's, software's, licenses & other items as required for successful operation of the system inline with the scope of work details of equipments, equipment specifications, performance criteria as conforming to the tender specifications. Two vault processor shall be provided both running in parallel for redundancy in operations. The ALCMS system should be compatible with the existing NASU Make CCR's. The ALCMS shall include industrial type, latest configuration of Computers and IT active & passive devices and on ATC side there shall be two Touch screens ( HMI) of minimum size 21.5” and one 32” display unit along with installation arrangement at the existing console at ATC including required modifications and on CCR side there shall be one 32” display unit. On/Off, 5 positions brightness control for CCR controlled GLF circuits, Mimic display system(Monitor units), termination of power/ interfacing cables(OFC/Control ) etc. complete as required.

Supply & laying of 6 core, single mode 9/125 unitube armoured Optical fiber cable as per the IEC/ITU & other relevant standards i/c buffer tube, water swellable yarns, di-electric material, ripcord, steel tap armoured, PE jacket etc. complete as required as per site requirement.

Supply of following sizes high density polyethylene (HDPE) PE 63, PN06 pipe conforming to IS 4984 with up to date amendment as required. 40mm Outer Dia.

Laying of 1 no. HDPE Pipe of size 40 mm OD along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of 1 no. HDPE Pipe of size 40 mm OD along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing RCC/HUME pipe/Open masonary duct etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.
