For Laying of BT Road: RBR-EECD-8(c) : Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
RBR-FNDN-22 : Collection, Supply and Filling with gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. RBR-BASC-1(b): Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Tech. specification No 502 MORTH.
RBR-BASC-2(V): Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with mechanical broom as per Tech. specification No 503 MORTH. (Application: Prior to laying of Bituminous Macadam)
RBR-BASC-2(V): Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Tech. specification No 503 MORTH. (Application: Prior to laying of Bituminous Concrete)
Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH / 40-60 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes/ 37.50 t per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction as per Tech. specification No. 504 MORTH.
RBR-BASC-9: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.
RBR-EECD-15: Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from roadway cutting with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision).
Carting of surplus excavated earth /rock/ soil or any debris for a lead of 5kms from the site to suitable place including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
