XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq.mm 2 core connected with suitable lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

LED street light fittings of 75 Watt with highly efficient LED street light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing < 3W LEDs, lens with toughned glass, top maintainable type, IP-66 protection etc, all as per Halonix Model No HLSLD-ML04-75-CWL-LW or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

LED flood light fittings of 200 Watt with highly efficient LED street lights made of pressure die cast aluminium housing <3W LEDs, lens with toughned glass, top maintainable type, IP-66 protection etc, all s per Halonix Model No. HLFLD-ML15-200-CWL-RL or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

Brackets made out of GI tubing medium grade 40mm bore of 1.50 mtr length bent to required shape and pattern to mount the street light, including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 10mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc and applying two coats of alumium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal trenchless bore drilling using mechanical pneumatic drilling equipment for passing and including cost of HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure, as in hard standing, depth rangel not less than 0.75m and up to 1.0 m and making good the disturbed surface of road all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- quoted rate is deemed to be include the cost of deposit and taking permission from civil authorities.

Sub main wiring power/circuit using FR PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded copper conductor cable 2 single core of size 2.50 sq.mm, earth continuity conductor of size 2.50 sq.mm green in colour drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit of suitable size, medium grade fixed on poles with suitable sizes of clamps & connecting up complete all as directed. NOTE:- Two wires of 2.50 sq.mm and one wire of 2.50 sq.mm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

FRP moulded looping / junction box with IP 65 protection of size 240x130x 110mm with 32 Amps 4 way heavy duty terminal block with one 6 Amps MCB SP and two number of cable entry gland of standard size with suitable MS clamps to fix with pole complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Post top LED light fitting 45 Watt, die cast aluminum spigot, spun aluminium powder top cover aluminium PDC heat shink, opal PC diffuser and clear acrylic, IP-65 protectionall as per Halonix Cat No. HLPT-04-45-CW or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS including takin down the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Heat shrinkable outdoor type cable termination kit suitable for XLPE Cable 3 core, 95 sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed

11 KV metering cubicle of different CT Ratio, both side cable entry type with 3 CT and 3 PTs, with transparent cover TTB, with 30 X 8 mm copper bus bars, modem and 2 Nos of meters for 3 Ph 4 Wire metering without load break switch, HT metering box of suitable size fabricated out of 3 mm thick MS sheet duly epoxy powder coated including erection of metering cubicle box on platform complete all as specified and as directed.
