SITC of SMT technology based latest version ARD system (Without battries) with all accessories complete with ARD announciator Hindi & English including connections etc as required and including dismentling of old ARD (Without battries) and taking away the dismentled material as credit item on buy back basis as required The new ARD should have following features.: 1) Smart Charging: Smart charging system which increase battery life to maximum (Approx 2 year) and also provide long battery backup which improve rescue efficiency in more incoming trip condition. 2) Battery Health Monitoring: Should have continuous monitoring of health of batteries and stop the lift operation if battery health found bad. This function is to ensure NO TRAPPING in case of power failure. 3) Generator Mode: This optional feature is useful if building backup power is equipped with AMF. We can set required ARD start delay as per AMF timing. It prevent unnecessary working of ARD and increase battery life. 4) Load Sensing of lift car: This feature of ARD senses the load in car and move the lift in light laod direction to prevent heavy discharge of battery and increase battery life.
