Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils with intial 10.00 mts and lift of 2.00 mts in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., complete as per SS20B .

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Providing and laying of 80mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver block in required sizes of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base preparation of sub base with stone dust cushion 150mm thick, laying out the pavement cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping transporting, loading unloading and laying of paver block as per standard specification.-10 Sqm

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.
