M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer premium quality on wall/ceiling surface including applying 1-2mm thick wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation of any reason, sand papering thus make surface smooth upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Each stage of complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces after applying putty shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge in stage passing register before applying the finishes coat. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicators of manufacturer.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible , filling of holes and cracks with with suitable material like cement or plaster of paris etc and thereafter applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Each stage of complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces after applying putty shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge in stage passing register before applying the finishes coat. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicators of manufacturer. (c) Wall care putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No.2 here-in-before but on surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot, filling cracks/holes with putty and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot, filling cracks/holes with putty and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling complete .

M&L for providing 3mm thick wall care putty on wall before applying oil bound distemper and making the surface uniform all as specified. Note: OBD to be measured and paid saperately.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth by cleaning, sand papering,brushing etc , filling in cavities and cracks etc with approved filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified .

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scrapping by steel scrappers etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified .

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick,concrete or stone surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified
