S & F 30mm thick "Rajshree Brand" Factory made moulded PVC door shutter consisting of solid core single leaf particle board of 25mm thickness lipped with 15mm (5mmX3 )X25mm width on one stiles on top rail & 10mm(5mmx2) Thick X25mm width on the other stiles & bottom rails.Shutter panel laminated with 2mm thick termite proof,water proof and fire resistantmoulded pvc sheet with 2 4 6 raised panel design in different prelam colours on one side after routing the moulded design on flush door/ particle board& 2mm prelam pvc sheet on other side using rubber based adhesive on flush door& solvent cement adhesive on the pvc lipping etc complete as specified and as dirction by Engr-IN-Charge.

S & F 30mm thick "Rajshree Brand" Factory made Plain wiremesh PVC door shutter cosisting of frame made of MS Tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 19mmx19mm for stiles and 15mmx15mm for top,lock and bottom rail.MS frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer.19mmx19mm MS square tubes shall be covered with heat moulded plain sheet 'c' channel made from 5mm thick pvc sheet of density 600 kg/cum manufactuered by ISO-9001-2015 certified company of size 30mm thickness ,115mm widthout of which 100 mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90 angle on eitheer side forming stiles, one of 90 bend edge is cut from stiles as wll as rails to nails fromm iner side of door to hide wiremesh fixing steel screws.5mm thick 140mm wide pvc sheet out of which125mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90 on innerside to frm top to bottom rail and 155mm wide pvc sheet out of which 125mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90 on both side to from lock rail.

An additional 5mm thick pvc strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on enterior side of the C channel using PVC solvent cement adhesive . Panel will be of GI /SS wire mesh of 24 guage to be fitted inside area of stiles and rails.The wire mesh of Top Bottom& lock rail is sealed with 15 mmx15mm tube with steel screw of size 13/16mm. 10mm(5mmx2 nos) thick pvc strip of 25 mm width is to be stuck and nail on bothe side of GI wiemesh inerior at the top,bottom&lock rail. 10mm thick(5mmx2nos) thick, 20mm wide cross pvc sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail door to be fitted to frame with 3 nos MS powder coated butt hinges size 100mmx25mmx2mm and 32mm long screw drilled suitable to pass through both the wall of MS tubes. other hardware shouldbe fixed fixed with 19mmx6mm size steel screw complete as specified and as dircted.

Supply & fix aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts 200mm long, of extruded section complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 300 mm long ISI Mark aluminium anodized sliding door bolt, plate type, stove enameled black with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix ISI Mark aluminium handles 150 mm long, cast type, anodized complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix stainless steel butt hinges 100mm long complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fitting lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc completed size of frame 105x60mm made out of 1.25mm thick mild steel sheets complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F factory made solid panel PVC shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M S tubes for top & bottom rails M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed coloured PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and both side prelam PVC Sheet instead of plain colour PVC sheets & 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading inside for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of both side prelam colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm used and joined together with solvent cement suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawings.

S & F for aluminium tower bolts 150mm long, of extraded section complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for aluminium handles 125mm long, cast type, anodised. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for "Rajshree"brand solid PVC cupboard shutter in rquired sizes at site made out of 18 mm thick (celluca ply prelam) , one side decorative lamination PVC sheet all required brackets SS screws etc.The pannel shall be febricated using adhesive and screws .All the edges shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or old previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25mm Dia PVC coating Mild steel curtain rod with two Nos of gold polish PVC end knob and with powder coated MS brackets complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each curtain rod shall be 60 cm extra long to the size of clear opening.The each curtain rod will be minimum 750 mm and maximum 2.40 mtr leangth.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection / Path paving surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down of cement plaster of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free 7-8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in floor or stair trades(in one pieces ) and edges rounded etc over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing to achive mirror finish complete all as specified and directed .

S & F for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in risers (in one pieces) / skirting / dado etc over and including 10mm screed bed plaster in cement mortar 1:4 & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing to achive mirror finish complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Chequared cement concrete coloured tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any description from old decorated surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 63 amp 10 KA 440 volts fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting Ics = 100% Icu complete all as specified and directed. MCBs and MCB DBs shall be of the same make MCB DBs shall be fixed on wall in flush pattern by cutting the wall and making good disturbed surfaces.

Material and labour for submain wiring in repairs, alongwith earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FRLS multistrand copper conductor cable (phase- Red, Neutral-Black, Earth- Green) drawing into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked with all conduit accessories of following nominal sizes complete all as specified and directed :- Note : Taking down of old unserviceable sub main wiring deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Disconnecting old digital electric meter single phase 230 volts before rewiring and refixing after wiring work near DB box of each quarter, connecting and testing complete.
