Repairs to 7.5 HP open Well submersible motor at Larkipora by way of decoupling of damaged 7.5 HP 3-phase submersible motor at site. Shifting the decoupled motor from site to the workshop in a private load carrier to be arranged by the firm. At workshop the motor shall be dismantled by way of opening all nuts, bolts, cover plates etc. and the damaged/burnt out windings shall be extracted from all stator slots by special tools & tackles, skilled manpower. After extraction of the windings from the stator the same shall be rewound by using PVC insulated Cu-wire of proper gauge and specification and as per actual pitch and turns. The job includes insulation of the windings by proper insulating material, tape etc. and replacement of damaged mechanical seal, damaged bearings, filling of proper grade oil and assembling back with all nuts and bolts of the motor. The repaired motor shall be shifted back to site from workshop in a pvt. load carrier to be arranged by the firm and at site the motor shall be recoupled with the pump. All power connections shall be reconnected with the motor and pump motor assembly shall be lowered back into the bore well by refitting each of the column pipe one by one, tightening all the nuts and bolts & inserting the new RI cloth in between the flanges wherever required. After complete lowering the unit shall be tested on full load. The old copper shall be retained by the firm & shall quote the rates with rebate on account of old copper scrap.
Repairs to Horizontal Pump at Raki Pahoo by way of: Decoupling of pump and motor by way of opening all the fasteners, opening the top of the pump and extraction of rotating assemble.
Shifting of pump rotating assemble from site to workshop and back from workshop to site after carrying out the repairs. The job includes carriage charges, loading and unloading.
Disassembling of the pump assemble by way of removing the housing on both sides of DE and NDE, extracting the check nuts and sleeves with the help of tools and tackles by a skilled person .The impeller be removed from the shaft.
Fabrication of MS shaft 36 mm dia. & by way of fabrication of Bearing seats,Chucknuts,Cutting of threads , the job includes turning the shaft on Lathe machine to achieve the prefect finish to hose the bearing on both sides of DE and NDE
