Annual Maintenance Contract for SITC/Repair/Replacement of various equipments/machines/ Items/ components/ gadgets/ spares /POL, etc to various vehicles and Water Supply Schemes of Water Works Division Srinagar for the year 2026-27

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pumping-unit /motor /stabilizer / transformer/ starter / panel, etc with parts to shift the damaged machinery from site to workshop (upto 10km) & then shifting back of the same after carrying out necessary repairs at workshop to site.

Repairs to 10 HP horizontal pumping unit by way of: Complete dismantling of single stage 10 HP horizontal pumping unit, disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc. Cleaning of suction side assembly components of horizontal pumping unit including impeller, wear ring, sleeve, locking nut, etc thoroughly with K-oil/petrol & wire brush for inspection of further damages if any. Rebuilding of shaft/seats and then machining to the required size for proper fitment. Providing of AP3 Grease. (Preferred makes: Castrol/ HPCL/ Indian oil/ BPCL/ Caltex). Providing of palmetto packing for stuffing box, etc. (Preferred make: Champion Style-3116 or equivalent). Providing and Fitting of natural rubber gaskets/seals at required joints (of nominal size as per requirement). Replacement of all worn-out nuts/bolts of PU: Suction size being 50-65mm.

Rebuilding of bearing seats and then machining to the required size for proper fitment of bearings. Replacement of damaged bearings by way of providing and fitting of new bearings as per sample given under: 6307-2Z/C3/6208, 6308-2Z/C3 or as per the sample. (10 HP PU)

Rectification of bursts/ leakages in 10 HP pump housing/casing by electric welding at different spots in two runs of circumferential/ stitch weld (as per requirement) including cost of grinding (if applicable), surface preparation, (CI/NA/MS) electrodes, labour, etc. Then checking and testing the housing/casing under required water pressure for no leakage and suction pressure loss.

Complete assembling of single stage 10 HP horizontal pumping unit after cleaning of all parts thoroughly with k-oil/petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load. Suction size:50-65mm

Repairs to 10 HP submersible pumping unit by way of: safe extraction of pumping unit from the reservoir/sump by means of chain pulley block & allied means, complete dismantling of single stage 10 HP pumping unit, disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc. Cleaning of suction side assembly components of horizontal pumping unit including impeller, wear ring, sleeve, locking nut, etc thoroughly with K-oil/petrol & wire brush for inspection of further damages if any. Complete assembling of single stage 15 HP pumping unit after cleaning of all parts thoroughly with k-oil/petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads, safe lowering of pumping unit back into reservoir/sump by chain pulley block & other means and testing on full load. Suction size: 50-65mm
