Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel,or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion including demolition of concrete foundation and removal of waste material and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Chain link fencing of any size and any dia of wire complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type B-1, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for post holes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates,Gde Fe-410-S as in fencing post / struts incl necessary flat iron,10mm dia MS round bars,drilling holes and binding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces of any description,wood,steel,iron,concrete, brick, stone, etc, exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing steel galvanized fencing of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size made of M-35 grade concrete (with grey cement and no pigment) of 60mm thickness with 6mm top layer of anti abrasive material laid over 25mm thick (compacted) fine sieved sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness from external surface of walls / soffits etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick ( in two layers of 10mm and 5mm thickness) cement pastering in cement mortar 1:4 and mixig the water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions on brick or concrete surface of wall finished complete all as specified and directed Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saparately under item .

M&L 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal/external surfaces of walls(thickness vary from1.5 to 2.5mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers)by us ingready made wall careputty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prepration of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emultion over all as specified and directed

M&L Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer ,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm and n. exc 4.00 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames made of MS sheet of 1.25 mm thickness for doors with single rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, complete as specified,size 105x 60mm complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- Disturbed portion of existing floor /wall / tile / plaster etc duing fixing of chowkhats shall be repaired to match with existing finish .Cost of the same will be included in this item )

S&F Pressed steel frames made of MS sheet of 1.25 mm thickness for doors with double rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate,complete as specified,size 125x 60mm complete all as specified and directed. M&L Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0,using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in back filling of pressed steel frame /hold fast blocks etc and similar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick plain framed (Factory made) Panelled shutters of 2nd class HW with lock rail and panels of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply including beading on the facing side of shutters as per SSR Part I clause No 8.17.5. The size of rail and stiles as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm Glazed and skeleton shutters, 2nd class hard wood open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of new surface of wood and wood based material of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel pain and one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium (extruded section) body Door closer hydraulically regulated,designation No. 3,universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
