Dismantaling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

All same as per item no. 2 above but except sheeting (any thickness)complete all as specified and directed . ( Note :- Old sheet shall be obtaind from item No - 01 above)

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts with bitumen washer in roof or wall and making good Complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item no. 6 above but except sheeting (any thickness) complete all as specified and directed . ( Note :- Old sheet shall be obtaind from item No - 01 above)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling or as in sub base and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar(1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc., laid in alternate pannel, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate stone) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, Chajjas, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, neelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 for backing of Dado/ Skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured / printed tiles 450mm x 300mmx7mm thick, on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for powder coated GI Snap grid system of size 605 X 605 mm for ceiling fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 2 mm dia GI wire comprising of the following sections complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Maint Tee 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick, (ii) Cross Tee 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick and (iii) Wall angle 24mmx24mmx0.3mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in Unframed work complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Timber framed and fixed secand class hard wood clen swan secand class hard wood in scantlings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) of Fe 410-W (Gde E250) quality-A including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580mm x 440mm, white, with integral foot rests with 'P; or 'S' trap, connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. alongwith making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, connection to pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as follows :- (i) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated. (ii) Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken potion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed. (iii) Laying of 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iv) After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed. (vi) spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water , including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. (vii) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using bk aggregate over the treated surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste & vent pipe single socketed in any length with runbber ring joints & fixed to walls or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste & vent pipe single socketed in any length with runbber ring joints & fixed to walls or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismatling & Disconnecting old existing PVC water tank Exc 250 Ltr and n. exc 500 Ltr . And removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks 500 Ltrs capcity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoissted and including ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod of 20 mm bore & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required and reconnecting / re-fixing in position after cleaning of water tank, capacity 250 to 500 ltrs with all scales and dirts from inside of tank and mouth of inlet/outlet using bleaching powder and washed with water including supplying and fixing of GI fitting required as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connecting incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable roof treatement of any description including cement plaster, any thickness from roof surface, cleaning of roof surface and preparing it for further treatement and removing the debries/ rubbish material from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying APP based modified water proofing polymeric membrane, reinforcemed with nonwoven polyester fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm,laid over bituminous primer on 15mm thick plastered sufaces layer in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound (WPC )@3% by weight on concrete surface roof / parapet, over lap of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction by thermo-fused torch flame application method and top surfaces to be treated with two coat of aluminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.&removing rubbish to a disance not exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement incl; mixing of water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed. ( Note WPC shall be measured and paid for separatly)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished smooth and even in ceiling without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of 0.63 mm thick corrugate mild steel sheeting fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts with double bitumen washer with proper arrengement in roof or wall and making good complete all as specified and directed.
