Renovation/Strengthening & Overhauling of Various Sluice valve (300MM. & 400 MM dai.) and other allied work of various sites at 16 MGD STP Okhla. All the required works, materials, arrangements, tools & tackles, workmanship, safety equipment’s as per NHRC\NGT\ DPCC etc guidelines and as per site requirement, remodeling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect as per requirement satisfactorily.
Dismantling of sluice valve & cutting of rusted /damaged nut bolts of suction & delivery side by gas cutter & electric welding set and taking out the sluice valve by tripod arrangement.
Removing the parts from sluice valve body after cutting/opening of nut bolts like spindle nut flap etc.
Removing the damaged brass ring of flap both side on heavy duty lathe machine cutter etc.
Removing inner side of sluice valve body both side on heavy duty lathe machine cutter etc.
Repairing of C.I. doom gland housing by P/fixing of new C.I. bush after bouring machining.
P/Fixing of 70 m.m dia. 1.5 mtr. Long S.S spindle as per sample
S/O Nut bolts washers.
S/o Neoprene packing
Refitting of sluice valve by above parts fixing of new nut bolts, packing Sheet with required tools & tackles and manpower.
Fixing of sluice valve at both sides in suction & Delivery side using the new nut bolts after repairing the complete the sluice valve.
Painting of complete Sluice Valve with one coat primer and two coat black enamel paint with good quality enamel paint after removing debris and proper surface finish.
Testing and commissioning of on full flow of its complete closure and smooth operation.
