Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) , including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers , abutments , posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Columns, Pillars , Piers , Abutments , Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level - Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Royal of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work

Earth work in rough excavation (Excluding rock) by using machinery and conveyance of the excavated earth from Nallambal lake and filling in the site of Regional Transport Office complex at Keezhavelli Revenue village, Karaikal in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes capacity including all leads and lifts (The actual quantity of earth conveyed will be calculated based on the levels and after deducting 5% of total quantity for voids for the purpose of payment). The rate to include the cost of Royality for earth, earth work excavation, loading on tipper / lorries, transportation, unloading at site, watering and rolling as specified above as per the direction of the Engineer-In-charge.
