Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 for raising of height of drain, manhole / wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 herein before but except bricks

M&L preparation of old steel surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick / stone surfaces of wall or ceiling including raking outs joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on Brick masonary surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall/RCC Jallies complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall/RCC Jallies complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Weather coat smooth) over a coat of priming (Seal-o-Prime) on new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old plastered surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Weather coat smooth) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 13 above but except tiles

Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubber moulded inerlocking paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub base of floors

M & L for 50 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded agg) as plinth protection finishing even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) complete all as directed.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete slab type B1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate ) as in landing, drain cover slab ( for manholes etc ) , chajjas , drain cover and shelves and similar articles with plain faces . (Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separatel.)

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands , copings, kneelers, apex stone bed plates , kerb ,water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered stone finished exterior coloured heavy duty/Endura tiles 300mm x 300cm x 10mm thick as in floor/matte finishes etc. over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of precast RCC slab / jallies including raming of any description any in any position set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) louvers and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame & set in CM 1:4

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel / FRP sheeting any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof /wall covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description nototherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular/ square/ rectangular trusses incl special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW orinduction butt welded tubes conforiming toIS 1161-1979 graded St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre- painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L- type or J- type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall/RCC Jallies

Dismantling galvanised chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape hand rail straight portion , drilled and contersunk for balusters , nosing to steps, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing chain link fencing ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20mm of the lenght directed) and similar work conforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165.

Fixing only in repair mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 4mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm including line wires complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed.

S&F in repair mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link fening (in new or old) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as directed.

M&L for prearation of new steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing old bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type), 16mm to 18mm work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jamps, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding of edges tec complete all as directed.

M&L for Dholpur stone 16 to 18 mm cladding gang saw cut with macnine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.25 sqm area and not exceeding 0.5 sqm fixed with and including one mumber SS clamps (grade-202) of flat 30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fasterner, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick,size of kota stone 450x550 mm over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete
