M & L 2 nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Plain , framed panelled shutters ( any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers fitted to chowkats complete all as speciifed and directed.

S & F 2 nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze, etc, (without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Glass pane and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately in respective supply only item.

S & F PVC solid factory made door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. M & L Preparation of Old wood painted surfaces of any description , not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or grith apply one coat of synthetic enemel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for preparation old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling etc including rakking out joints , hacking for key , scrubbing down with water at any height etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and fair complete.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures Instruction, surface finished even and smooth complete. (Note :- WPC will not be measured and paid separately)

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections rubbing and scrapping with sand paper/ grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing complete. and dismantling of old stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.
