S&F 0.63 mm Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 500 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws.

M&L for non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. and including 15mm thick layer of screed bed in CM 1:6 on floor surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubber moulded decorative design coloured cement concrete chequered tiles 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including a layer of screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match the of tiles complete all as specfied.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.
