REPAIR/MAINT OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY CABLES , GOD, LIGHTENING ARRESTER,VCBs, HT CABLE, HT OH CONDUCTOR AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER AT JAMMU MILITARY STATION UNDER GE SATWARI

Supply and fixing in replacement of Switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated from ground level, mounted on insulators and steel frame (15 insulator type) outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel, HT post top porcelene insulator with drop out fuses operating Rod 20m dia GI pipe medium grade confirming to IS:1818 of 1972 and current rating 200 Amp and voltage 11 KV complete all as specified including jumpering, lead of wire/cable as directed at site completed as per directed and as specified.

Supply & laying in front of HT panels, under GOD etc Rubber mats of size 1mtr x 2mtr x 19mm thickness 11 KV. completed as per directed and as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of anti climbing device, spikes type, fabricated out of MS bars (round, square or flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the poles, spike welded to flat iron, including on primer coat, one under coat and two finishing coats of silver aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces. completed as per directed and as specified.

Supply and fixing in repl of pin/post insulator HT 11 KV complete with all fittings and size 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of male contact (moving contact blade) as per sample approved by GE suitable for 11 KV 400 Amp rating GOD including cable lead/wires, thimbles and connected items etc,completed as per directed and as specified.

Supply & fixing in replacement of female contact as per sample approved by GE (fixed contact jaw) suitable for 11 KV 400 Amp rating GOD including cable lead/wires, thimbles and connected items etc,completed as per directed and as specified.

Supply & fixing in replacement of tinned copper flexible jumper suitable for 11 KV 400 Amp rating GOD,completed as per directed and as specified.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in Poles/ four pole/two pole/HT& LT pole/panel/approach path to sub station (below or above ground level) and removing all the demolished material outside cantt area. completed as per directed and as specified.
