COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR AND MAINT OF B/R AND E/M WORKS IN OTM ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE SAUGOR

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC in any thicknes (reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolition) or in precast cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removal servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone sett paving of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm below or above ground floor.complete all as specified and directed.

"Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening n'exc 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder."

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm but n exc 2sqm each etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground embedded in Concrete brick work masonry etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
