Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 1 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete as per HSR Item No. 4.33 (for bandh)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil as per HSR Item No. 4.14.1

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per HSR Item No. 6.33.6, 6.34.6

RCC Grade M25 Height up to 5m as per HSR Item No. 27.27.1.1

PCC Grade M15 (with concrete Mixer) Height up to 5m as per HSR Item No. 27.5

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure including scaffolding complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and MoRT&H Specifications 1300 and 2200 as per HSR Item No. 27.1

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per MoRT&H Specifications as per HSR Item No. 27.2

Providing and fixing in position 12 mm thick bitumen impregnated per fibre board conforming to IS: 1838, including cost of primer, sealing compound Grade-A in expansion joints as per HSR Item No. 6.58

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 75 mm diameter as per HSR Item No. 9.57.1

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing force. Complete as per drawing and MoRT&H Specifications as per HSR Item No. 27.15

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per HSR Item No. 4.32

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete On concrete work as per HSR Item No. 11.73.2
