Satisfactorily completed (at least 80% of the contract value i.e. Amount put to tender), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Design, supply, Construction, erection testing and commissioning ground mounted or rooftop Solar PV plant of value not less than Rs 3.30 Crores
Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work -Satisfactorily completed design, engineering, Construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 620 kWp Ground mounted grid connected solar PV plant in the last Five (5) years preceding the Date of Bid submission in private or govt sector in India
The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess class 1 electrical license issued by any of the state govt. and should have executed similar electrical works totaling Rs. 9.28 lakhs in any one year
Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of engineering construction works only) of Rs. 8.24 Crores
Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 1.24 Crores (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The Banker certificate format is as per GO no: FD-CAM/16/2022 (P-2) Date:22.08.2022 is enclosed in Section-3
