Survey, Soil Testing, Design, Supply & Construction, Installation & Commissioning of Main Pumping Station (MPS) of capacity 5.00 MLD and Sewage Treatment Plant based on SBR Technology with Tertiary Treatment Plant (TTP) of 5 MLD capacity and treated water distribution system at IFP, Jalandhar including other appurtenant works on turn-key basis as per DNIT including O&M for a period of 60 months after complete stabilization period of 3 months at IFP Jalandhar The bifurcation of the costing of O&M for five years included in the quoted rates to be paid as detail given below: i) Only Operation cost @ 4% of the quoted rate for the first year during Defect Liability Period. ii) O & M Cost @ 5% of the quoted rate for the 2nd year (iii) O & M Cost @ 5.50% of the quoted rate for the 3rd year (iv) O & M Cost @ 6% of the quoted rate for the 4th year (v) O & M Cost@ 6.50% of the quoted rate for the 5th year (vI) Cost of Membrane Replacement once in four years @ 8% of the quoted rate) NOTE : 65% of the quoted rates will be paid to the bidder after completion of project and 35% of the quoted rates for O&M for five years will be released to the bidder as per detail given above.
