Supply of Submersible pump set fitted with dynamically balanced SS impeller mounted on stainless steel shaft protective sleeves. The pump set directly couples with submersible motor having normal speed of 2900 RPM, 50Hz,Three Phase, 415 Volt, Star delta connection, AC Supply, Discharge in LPM - 1400, Head - 50 mtr, outlet dia - 100 mm, HP - 20. (Provide by departmentally)

Making/Supply of 3 mtr long 100 mm dia. double flanged B Class G.I pipe having 3 no. L-type brackets duly welded on each side of flange. The flanges having four holes and cut for cable. Make Jindal/Tata.

Supply/making of Tail piece made out from B class G.I Pipe 500 mm long with one end threaded as per outlet of pump and another end flange as per size of 100mm G.I pipe. Make – Tata/Jindal.

Supply of 100 mm dia CI double flanged Sluice Valve with non rising spindle, P.N- 1.0 Make - Kirloskar/IVC.

Supply of 100 mm dia CI double flanged NRV without bypass, P.N- 1.0 Make -Kirloskar / IVC.

Supply of M.S. bend of 100 mm dia, 900 heavy duty.

Supply of PVC insulated, PVT sheathed flat submersible cable with plain copper conductor of volt 415/110 V suitable for above sets of following size. (a) 3 core x 6 sq. mm. Make Finolex/Plaza/Havells/Unistar/any approved make in DJB.

Supply for heavy duty M.S Clamp in two pieces having two nos of holes in each piece suitable for holding 100 mm fitting.

Supply of Neoprene Rubber sheet Having 50% neoprene, 3mm thickness. Make: Jyoti/ Worth.

Supply of Nut bolt & Washer of required size.

Installation of pump in the sump well with required material handling equipments with all safety precautions for installation in the deep sump well by the help of heavy labour. The job includes erection the complete pipeline, valve, NRV with hardware goods on each joint. The job includes connecting the delivery line of the submersible pump with the existing header line by using above tapered piece and also includes arrangement of other required material and tool and tackles for connecting in proper manure. This job also includes Fixing all above electrical items, laying of cables & making all electrical connection from motor, LT Panel, Starter, thumbing & taping in all respect with the help of skilled labor. This job also includes the cost of cable required for connection from LT Panel to starter and its connections with thimble in all respect as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting the above mechanical equipment i.e pipe, bend, MS Clamp etc.

Testing & commissioning of above system first at NO LOAD &then at ON LOAD and calibration of relays for its proper operating as per the satisfaction of engineer in engineer.
