Roughning of old concrete surface/floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust including brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as roof padding to bring the existing slab in slope of 1:40. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing RCC roof slabs or terracing , cleaning out & filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for fixing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and min 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove faric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid cement mortar bed of 1:6 , 15 mm thick and joints grouted in flush mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per ser item No. 8 above but except tiles. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 on brick tiles laid flat. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (as in sunken portion also) and removing surplus soil out of defence land where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Given sunken floor shall be treated.as par following instruction and directed by Engr in charge (A) The surfaces to be appiled shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt ,dust ,oil surface treatments and old coatings .Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or miling to remove cement laitance existing coatings and achive a griping profile that is clean dry and free from laitance and any other from of surfactue contamination. The installation instructions n manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with includngf but not limited to the following:- (aa) Chipping out any visible cracks in V-Groove pattern as applicable .Specail attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks and than filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 PUTTY/Dr fixit 302 SBR latex/perma Laxtex SBR /FOSROC Nitabond SBR laxtex / Asian paints latex as required Final clening of surface with power girnder Wire brush & vacuum pressure if required . (bb) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of applIcation of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of SIKATop seal -107 / Brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO. (cc)Whilist the surface is still damo from saturation (S.S.D.) apply one coat of Acrylic modified cementition coating of SIKA Top Seal-107/brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer,s.instruction. (ee) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modifiedCementitious coating of SIKA Top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufactureer's instructions on the entire area. (ff) Second coat shall be applied 6-8 hours of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (gg) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height min. 300 mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (hh) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application (min. 6-8 hours drying) for a min. of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. Admixture : SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOROC/Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645. Waterproofing /Sunken floor treatment has to be carried out though applicators authorised by the respective manufactures and approved by GE.

Supply and applying of crack bridging water proofing sealing tape, Sika deal F tape. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type E-2 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded brick aggregate ) as in sunken flooring. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slabs including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub floor , sub base; concrete surface finished even & rough to receive topping floor/tiles finish/layer sides of rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per ser item No 17 above but in skirting and dado including rendering/screeding including cement mortar1:4 , 10mm thick. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles 300mmx450mm/300mm x200mm x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado over and including cement mortar rendering/screding 10mm thick 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick and 600x600 mm in size over and including 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, mirror finish. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- kota stone on steps of stairs must be in single piece only

Ditto all as per item No 20.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as riser, skirting, dudo, etc over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 rough finished surface to receive tiles. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- kota stone on riser/skirting of stairs must be in single piece only

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per ser item No 22 above but in skirting and dado including 10mm thick rendering/screeding including cement mortar1:4. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in postiion not other wise specifically provided for. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over dia and cut to lenth, bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for MS TMT bars , 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, pacers and binders incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for preparation of new wood surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly surface of steel exceeding 10cm width and girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 3.00 mm thick glass sheet, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose and laying of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection path laid in panel surface finished even and fair. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 300x300x25 mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 with grey cement and using pigment as in paths. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors

Supply , installation & commissioning MCB Load Distribution board TPN 4 way double door, for mounting DP/ SP/TP/ MCBs/MCCBsas Incoming / outgoing, factory made, confirming to IS, fabricated out of CRCA sheet , fitted with DIN channel, neutral link and suitable rated bus bar, DBs shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyester based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature, between powder paint process the sheet steel having to go through the anti rust conditioning in not less than seven tank process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. The DBs shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement. The DP/SP/TP MCB shall be of same make as DB. DB shall also be provided with label marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on all way as specified.
