Removing of S.S Railing without cutting and stacking of the material safely within 50m lead and re-fixing of same S.S Railing with necessary fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts,fasteners etc all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 22 to 25 mm thick stone slab laid with polymer based adhesive maintaining a minimum bed thickness of 6mm and maximum bed thickness of 12mm (application as per the manufacturer's installation methodology) & jointed with cement slurry with 4mm spacers & finished with epoxy grout of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The bottom surfaces and four sides of the granite flooring shall be pre-treated before laying with two or more coats of water proof penetrating shield treatment to cure for 24 hours before fixing of the stone with minimum three years warranty.The top surface of the granite flooring shall be treated with two or more coats of stain proof penetrating shield treatment by sealer with minimum three years warranty which includes initial one dense coat during execution and subsequent one or more coats as per direction and satisfaction of EIC at completion stage: Note:- 1. The rates for grading and grouting of joints shall be paid separately in respective item 2. The approved samples are available in the office of E-I-C and Bidder shall inspect the same thoroughly before bidding. Flamed Finish Granite Snow White stone slab.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 4 mm width, using epoxy grout mix and organic coated filler of desired shade (Ardex Endura or equivalent make), conforming to EN 13888:2009, including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 900mm x900mm Granite

Providing and fixing polished finish Granite stone slab as per the required size and pattern in Steps of Staircase of the Terminal building with 40 mm thick stone slab laid on existing structural members of the Staicase, including removal of the old 40 mm thick Granite stone slab from the staircase step, placing the new 40 mm thick granite, fixing, rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
