(1) Only OEM or their Authorized Dealer/Agent should quote. (2) OEM/Dealership Certificate must be submitted along with Offer. (3) Dealers/Agents quoting on behalf of an OEM must submit Tender Specific Authorization from OEM, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected.
Railway reserves the right to procure the material only from proven sources having satisfactory past performance for same or similar items. The Tenderers must upload documents pertaining to their past performance in zonal railways or Pus Viz, PO copies, inspection certificates R/Note, Challan copies along with their offer, otherwise they shall be deemed to have no such past performance for the same or similar item and the tender shall be decided accordingly. No back reference shall be made in this regard and railways decision will be final. However Railway reserves the right to also check the firms past performance in its own railway.
