M&L plain cement concrete as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled & rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork finished fair & even in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25 mm thick over & including cement screed base plaster or bedded layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 & jointed witht grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab & pointed with grey cement with admixture of stone including cutting, rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar (1:4) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamfer, weatherings, throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately).

S&F White Non Skid ceramic tiles (Premium quality, Grade-1) 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F White Glazed earthenware tiles 300x200x7mm thick (Premium Quality, Grade-1), in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10mm thick screed bedding layer/rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast reinforced plain cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of Black bituminouos paint on surfaces of any descrption wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth over & including one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS flat iron fillets as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts post struits in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting riveting etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M PORTION) M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor (IS : 694), 1100 volt FRLS grade single core cable for phase and neutral drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC pipe medium grade minimum 20 mm size and its accessories surface wiring including provn of pressed steel terminal box of suitable size fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet and 3mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover for fixing switches, switch socket combinations sheet top cover including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor (IS : 694), 1100 volt FRLS grade single core copper cable for earth continuity connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note:- All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 60cmx60cmx 6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
