Dismantling of exisiting old padding concrete of any thickness of existing water proofing treatment over the RCC slab chajjas etc by chipping of with proper tools viz chiesel and with applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to existing RCC roof slab, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, chajjas, as in, kerbs, rounded or chamfered edges, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including using liquid water proofing compound, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: supply of Integral water proofing compound will measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 over PCC (while concrete is green) using approved liquid water proofing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Supply of liquid water proofing compound will measured and paid seperately and dosage as per manufacturer instructions.

Supply only liquid water proofing compoud as approved by GE.

Material and labour for Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm over the old membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 liters/Sqm, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 3mm thick APP pre-fabricated membrane with and including non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gsm (min) impregnated and coated on both sides with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces over and including 0.3 litres / Sqm bituminous primer confrming to IS-3384 and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litres / Sqm each layer complete as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed . The weight of APP membrane shall not be less than 3.0 Kg / Sqm and laid over and including primed surface by using LPG/Butane torch and apply uniform pressure with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100 mm on sides and 150mm on end laps and complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of epoxy primer @ .15 Kg per Sqm followed by two coats of polyurethane coating with 1.5 Kg per sqm in two coats etc complete per manufacturer specification including cleaning surfaces and filling the cracks with PU based primer and sealent complete all as specified and as directed by Garrison Engineer/Engr-in-Charge. Notes : 1. Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic and shall have crack bridging ability of upto 3mm as per AS NZ 4548 (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete and shall resist 7 bars of hydrostatic pressure. Supply and fix PVC False Ceiling consisting of 600mm x 600mm, 16 mm thick Plain PVC sheet of Density 600kg /cbm solid PVC insulated panels wall thickness 1.0 mm on both side on 20 mm EPS panel is stuck on both side with adhesive the panel insert in a frame work made using anodized aluminum T section of sizes 1” x1” (25x25mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2’x2’(600x600mm).
