Stage Contract for Sub Division Chadoora

All items covered under the Jammu & Kashmir Schedule of Rates (JKSOR)-2022 shall be adopted strictly as per the specifications, description, unit and rates prescribed in JKSOR-2022. In respect of items not covered under JKSOR-2022 (Non-Schedule Items), the specifications, detailed description, unit and rate shall be proposed by the concerned Assistant Executive Engineer along with a properly supported Rate Analysis, based on prevailing/approved rates and relevant technical provisions. Such rates shall be subject to approval by the Competent Authority before execution/payment. The approved rate of each Non-Schedule Item shall thereafter be subjected to the same percentage rebate/discount quoted by the allottee/contractor in the accepted tender, and the resulting rate shall be considered for execution and payment. All quantities, specifications and rates shall be subject to technical sanction, contractual conditions and approval of the Competent Authority, wherever applicable
