Material and labour for glazed ceramic designer coloured tiles of size 300x450x7-8 mm thick on vertical surface as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointing to in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 10mm thick rendenring in CM 1:4 on brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) cut from area of each tiles exc 0.11 but not exc 0.18 Sqm in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over 15mm cement screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm gradeded mechanically curshed stone aggregate as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrance minium weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less then 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface including priming surface of roof by applying bituminous primer not less then 0.40 Ltr/sqm by the same mambrance manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ Ltr at 250 C temp and viscosity 70-16 cps laid by the authorised agent of the manufacturer duly approved in writting before executing the treatment complete and prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : IWL / Shiva Bitumen/Bengal bitumen. Note : 10% of the amount of water proofing treatment items shall be kept reserverd and contractor shall give 10 years written guarantee for water proofing. However contractor can deposit a FDR of same amount and if contractor fails to rectify the defects occured during this period the same shall be get rectified at contractor's risk and cost and payment shall be made by encashing the FDR deposited for this purpose.

Material & Labour 40mm thick Brick tile laid over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down carefully Copper/aluminium point wiring on wooden batten /pvc conduit /Pvc casing and capping (light/Socket/Power) complete including (Fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets electric energy meters, light fittings, etc to be measured separately) removing materials to store and making good distrubed surfaces of walls. Floors etc to match with the existing including disconnection of ceiling/exhaust fan connection, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in charge.

Taking out existing sub main wiring of any description and size including earth wire incld wooden battens/ conduits/quities from stone/brick masonry walls, roofs, floors, etc. all as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M& L in replacement of Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper condutor single core cable 1100 volts grade FRLSH ISI marked drawn through and non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked of not less than 20 mm dia, thickness 1.8 mm, concealed in wall, roof, etc, with all connected fittings including MODULAR WHITE COVER PLATE WITH FRAME - 1 module/ 2 module/3 module/4 module/6 module/8 module/12 module, etc., MODULAR METAL FLUSH BOX - 1 module/ 2 module/3 module/4 module/6 module/8 module/12 module, etc., and including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal parts of fittings as specified and directed for the following:- Note:- modular switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, etc shall be measured and paid separately. Note : (i) Two runs of copper conductor cable and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conduit will be measured and paid as one unit only. (ii). Suitable size cable lugs copper fabricated will be measured in the quoted rate only. (iii).
